Mommy's Charms is a small Dubai-based business. We collect only what we need to make and deliver your order — nothing more.
What we collect
- Your name, phone number, email and delivery address — to fulfil and deliver your order.
- The name you ask us to engrave — used only to personalise your piece and (with your permission) on your name-meaning card.
- Payment details are processed by Shopify's secure, encrypted payment system. We never see or store your card number.
What we never do
- We never sell or share your details with third parties for marketing.
- We never post a baby's name or photo without your explicit permission.
- We never keep payment information.
WhatsApp & messages
If you contact us on WhatsApp or Instagram, we use the conversation only to handle your order or question. You can ask us to delete your details at any time.
Cookies & analytics
Our store uses standard Shopify cookies to keep your cart working and to understand how visitors use the site. You can disable cookies in your browser at any time.
