Our remake guarantee
If your engraving arrives misspelled, damaged, or not what you ordered, we remake it free. No forms, no debate — send us a photo on WhatsApp within 48 hours of delivery and a new piece goes into production.
Before we engrave
We confirm your baby's name — in Arabic or English — exactly as you typed it. If a spelling looks unusual, we'll message you to double-check before the laser touches the wood. Please review the confirmation carefully: names engraved exactly as approved can't be refunded for a change of mind.
Personalised items
Because every piece carries your baby's name, personalised items can't be restocked or resold, so we can't accept returns for change of mind. This is standard for engraved keepsakes — and it's also why we check every spelling with you first.
Non-personalised items
Unused, unopened non-personalised items can be returned within 7 days of delivery for a refund of the item price. Message us on WhatsApp to arrange it.
Damaged in transit?
Photograph the parcel and the piece within 48 hours of delivery and send both to us — we'll remake or refund, your choice.
