Processing Time

Because every item at Mommy's Charms is handcrafted and personally made in our Dubai workshop, orders require 1–3 business days to process before dispatch. During peak seasons (Ramadan, Eid, National Day, and New year) processing may take up to 5 business days. We will always notify you if there is an unexpected delay.

Please note: personalised orders (name engravings, custom text, bespoke gift sets) cannot be rushed without prior arrangement. Contact us via WhatsApp before placing your order if you need an urgent turnaround.

Delivery within the UAE

We ship across all seven emirates. Estimated delivery times after dispatch:

  • Dubai — Same Day: AED 45  · 
    Available on weekdays only for orders placed before 12:00 PM
  • UAE— Standard: Next business day after dispatch
  • Western Redion - Far Area: 2-3 business days after dispatch
Same-day delivery in Dubai is available on weekdays (Monday–Friday) for orders placed before 12:00 PM. Orders placed after 12:00 PM or on weekends will be dispatched the following business day. Same-day delivery is subject to product availability and workshop capacity.

Free delivery is available on UAE orders above AED 200. Standard delivery charges apply to orders below this amount.

GCC Shipping

We ship to all GCC countries including Saudi Arabia, Kuwait, Qatar, Bahrain, and Oman. Estimated delivery after dispatch is 3–5 business days. GCC shipping is fulfilled via a tracked courier service. Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your destination and order weight.

Please note that any customs duties, import taxes, or fees imposed by your country's customs authority are the responsibility of the recipient. Mommy's Charms is not liable for delays caused by customs clearance.

Order Tracking

Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email or WhatsApp message containing your tracking number. You can use this to monitor your shipment in real time.

Incorrect Address

Please double-check your delivery address before completing your order. Mommy's Charms cannot be held responsible for orders that are delayed or undelivered due to an incorrect address provided at checkout. If you notice an error after placing your order, contact us immediately at hello@mommyscharms.com or via WhatsApp and we will do our best to correct it before dispatch.
