1. About Us

Mommy's Charms is a Dubai-based brand specialising in luxury handcrafted and personalised baby keepsakes, gifts, and essentials. Our products are made in our Dubai workshop and delivered across the UAE and GCC.

2. Use of Our Website

You agree to use our website only for lawful purposes and in a manner that does not infringe the rights of others. You must not:

Use the site in any way that is fraudulent or harmful
Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the site
Reproduce, copy, or distribute our content without our written permission
Submit false or misleading information at checkout

3. Orders & Payment

By placing an order, you confirm that all information provided is accurate and complete. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion — for example, if a product is unavailable, if we suspect fraud, or if there is an error in pricing or product information.

Payment is required in full at the time of ordering (except for Cash on Delivery orders in Dubai). We accept major credit and debit cards, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and COD (Dubai only). All prices are listed in UAE Dirhams (AED) and are inclusive of VAT where applicable.

4. Personalised Orders

When you submit personalisation details (names, dates, messages), you confirm that you have the right to use that information and that it does not infringe on any third-party rights. Mommy's Charms will produce the item exactly as specified. We are not responsible for errors in personalisation details submitted by the customer.

Please review all personalisation inputs carefully before confirming your order, as changes cannot be made once production has begun.

5. Pricing & Promotions

All prices are displayed in AED and may be subject to change without prior notice. Promotional codes and discounts must be applied at checkout and cannot be applied retrospectively. Only one discount code may be used per order unless otherwise stated.

6. Intellectual Property

All content on mommyscharms.com — including our name, logo, product designs, photographs, graphics, and written content — is the property of Mommy's Charms and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not use, copy, or reproduce any of our content without our express written consent.

7. Limitation of Liability

Mommy's Charms shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our website or products. Our total liability to you for any claim shall not exceed the value of the order in question.

We do not guarantee that our website will be available at all times, free from errors, or secure from unauthorised access, though we take reasonable steps to ensure all of the above.
